Apologies for the delay in presenting results.
As was listed, the contest was to draw leigh with an interpretation of 'transportation' as the theme. The entries were approached and considered on different levels for art, accuracy, presentation, interpretation of theme, fullness of BG, etc. The results are as follow:

1st Place
An Italian Job by jodimest

2nd Place

3rd Place

Also there were a few entries selected for excellence in other areas. Those are listed as follows:

Congratulations! Most of all, thanks to everyone who participated. it can be fun to do something just for fun now and again, it can be a fun turn for something different without stressful attachments.
Speaking of everyone who participated, here are the rest of the entries, be certain to check them out:

Again for those that had the time and entered, I hope you had some fun. It was enjoyable to see what everyone came up with!

I am uncertain if anyone is interested in having another one of these (I know most people dislike contests without prizes, but again, this is just fun for the sake of enjoying art). Tag me up here, by note, or by email and let me know if I should bother holding another contest.
  Cheers~
