Deacon the raccoon, resident asshole. Heavily elitist and sardonic, Deacon always liked to have the upper hand. Ensuring he is useful in situations thus forcing people to tolerate him, he loves to give the impression that he is from money when he is not. He prefers urban areas and resides in a penthouse that he can barely afford. underground oddjobs are his specialty.
Btw, those are thin dreadlocks tipped in green hair dye.

He certainly looks like the sort of guy who wants everything to go his way, favor himself, etc... also looks a bit obnoxious. :3 You make so many characters, it's amazing how many you can think of, let alone make so unique in design. :D Lovely shading as usual, good color choices and great pose and expression. :3

If people make pink cats, they best not give you a heaping of feces for making a brown raccoon.
He used to be greyish, but on updating I preferred brown.
