This one features the black Scottish cyclops, of which he is the last. He's drunk, you don't have an excuse!

Done with a tablet completely digital in Painter IX, RED logo taken from Valve.

This is probably the single most beautiful Demoman I've ever seen. His face is perfectly spot-on, and the color scheme you used pulls the entire thing together wonderfully.
