I believe that she is Axer's OC. He doesn't answer messages about 5 year old pictures very often, so you probably aren't going to get an answer from him on this. The character is his copyright, so I believe it is safe to say "yes."

I dunno, she's like stepping up into the rectangle of light, so maybe she's walking up stairs from underground. She also looks more like she's looking not so down, but more back at the 'camera'. I love the expression cause it's like:"what are YOU looking at?" Great work as always Jayaxer!
